At Pilolo, we strive to provide our customers with quality products and a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. The following cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel an order and the conditions under which cancellations are accepted. 

How to Cancel Your Order: 

You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team via email at cs@pilolo.shop . Please provide your order number and contact details to help us process your request quickly. 

Cancellation Conditions: 

  1. Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled without any charge before they are shipped. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will halt the shipping process and initiate a full refund. 
  1. After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item, you may return it in accordance with our return policy. 

Refund Process: 

For prepaid orders that are cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary based on your card issuer's policies.
